Really a friend connecting me with her but same thing! I went on a leap of faith and worked with Meagan to sell my home that I bought and owned for 3 years. The home was already a renovated home so it was not the best. After only a few years there, it was in rough shape. I didn't have the money or time to really fix it up myself and I had moved to another state so my hands felt tied in what I could really do. Meagan took care of literally everything! She went above and beyond the normal duties to help me fix my house up, and get it ready to sell. Mind you this was all done while I was in another time zone.
